2008 Pontiac Vibe Overview
Introduction
The Pontiac Vibe is popular for its combination of sporty styling and five-door hatchback functionality.
The 5-passenger Vibe comes in one front-wheel drive trim. It is powered by a 126 hp 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine, mated to a five-speed manual transmission; a four-speed automatic transmission is optional. Standard equipment includes 16-inch wheels, automatic headlight control, air conditioning and a CD player; a tire pressure monitoring system is now standard for 2008. Available features include electronic stability control, anti-lock brakes, front side-impact and curtain airbags, and leather upholstery.
The 2008 Pontiac Vibe carries over unchanged from 2007.
