2007 Volvo XC90 Overview
Introduction
The Volvo XC90 offers classic Volvo attributes in a midsize SUV. It's strong on safety, comfortable, and practical.
The XC90 is all-wheel drive and can seat up to seven people with optional additional seats. Rear and front passenger seats fold down to provide more cargo room. It is powered by a 235 hp 3.2-liter six-cylinder engine or a 311 hp 4.4-liter V-8 engine. Both are controlled by a six-speed automatic transmission. When equipped for towing it can tow up to 5,000 pounds. Safety features include electronic stability control, side-impact and side curtain airbags, Roll Stability Control, Blind Spot Information System, and all-disc antilock brakes with electronic brake-force distribution.
For 2007, the XC90 receives additional safety features and a new six-cylinder engine.
