2008 Volvo XC70 Overview

Introduction

The Volvo XC70 is a crossover vehicle between an SUV and a wagon.

The XC70 has very much the body of a wagon, but it also has a higher ground clearance at 8.3-inches and SUV styling. This all-wheel drive vehicle comes with a 235 hp 3.2-liter inline-six-cylinder engine paired with a Geartronic six-speed automatic transmission that has manual gear selection. Safety features include electronic stability control, side-impact and side curtain airbags, and all-disc antilock brakes with electronic brake-force distribution.

For 2008, the Volvo XC70 is all new with a more powerful engine and seating for five passengers.
