2007 Volvo S60 Overview

Introduction

The Volvo S60 sedan combines excellent performance and a great shape with outstanding safety features.

Four models are available for 2006: S60 2.5T, S60 2.5T AWD, S60 T5, and S60R. The 2.5T uses a turbocharged 2.5-liter engine rated at 208 horsepower. A five-speed automatic is standard, while a five-speed Geartronic automatic with Auto-stick is part of an option package. The sporty T5 uses a 2.3-liter inline five-cylinder engine with a high-pressure turbo producing 257 horsepower. A five-speed manual transmission is standard. The high-performance S60R comes with a 2.5-liter high-pressure turbocharged and intercooled engine that boasts 300 horsepower. It comes with a choice of a close-ratio six-speed manual gearbox or optional six-speed automatic with a manual mode.

For 2007, the Volvo S60 gets some performance modifications and slight design changes.
