The CC is a Passat-sized sedan wrapped in a dramatic and stylish four-door coupe-like body with flowing lines and a bold face.

Power comes from either a 200-hp 2.0-liter turbo four-cylinder engine, or a 280-hp 3.6-liter narrow-angle V6 (VR6). The VR6 is available in front-wheel drive or 4MOTION all-wheel drive, while the 2.0T only comes with front-wheel drive models. The CC carries five people in sport-type leatherette seats (leather in the VR6 models). Standard safety features include electronic stability and traction control, anti-lock brakes, panic brake assist, bi-xenon headlights, six airbags, LED brakelights, front row seatbelt pretensioners and a tire pressure monitoring system. Features such as a panoramic sunroof, Dynaudio stereo system, navigation system, back-up camera and satellite radio are also standard on some trim levels, optional on others.

For 2013 there are several additions to the standard equipment, a five-seat configuration, bi-xenon headlights, LED taillights, LED license plate lighting and fog lamps are now standard on all trim levels. Also, the VR6 is now available with front-wheel drive. A late release to the line-up will be the R-Line with a bodykit navigation system and 18-inch alloy wheels.

Those who argue the case for a coupe with more than two doors claim the term really refers to a car's roofline, which is low and sleek. Using this argument, the CC delivers. With its wide stance and athletic profile, this sporty four-door looks and drives like a lux... Read Full Review
