The driver's seat keeps sinking down. I took it to the dealer several times, but they cannot fix the problem. They say that they cannot verify the problem. All they would have to do is to drive the car for a few miles and see how much the mirrors go out of focus because of the seat going down. Just finished 2000 miles on our Corolla S automatic model and it is a very nice car with a good ride. The S model has everything as standard equipment that I usually purchase on my commuter cars. The electronic steering has a lighter feel and takes some getting used to as opposed to the standard hydraulic systems on most cars, but this feature is probably going to be the future standard. Bought my Corolla one month ago. Do not have to fill gas as often as I had to fill my Chevy Cobaolt! Thats wonderful! I wish the driver seat had more support. Also the driver seat goes up but forward at the same time. I do not like the radio at all. The antenna is through the back window and reception is not that great. I bought my thrird Corolla. It was a 2010 LE. There is more insulation between the engine compartment and the Firewall that makes the engine quieter. The milage is still impressive. The only draw back is the comfort of the front bucket seats. The older versions had more padding. A lumbar support would also be nice for some drivers. Why pay 4,000 more for a Honda Civic Hybrid when you can have great mpg with this Corolla.
