A five-speed manual transmission or a four-speed electronically controlled automatic is available. It earns an EPA-estimated 28/37 mpg City/Highway when equipped with a manual transmission. Optional safety equipment includes: side-impact airbags, curtain airbags, anti-lock brakes with electronic brake-force distribution, and Vehicle Stability Control.
