2005 Saab 9-7X Overview
Introduction
The 2005 Saab 9-7X delivers responsive, balanced handling in a driver focused, refined, and sporty midsize SUV.
The 9-7X is available in two trims, both with a 4-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. The Linear includes a 275 hp @ 6000 rpm 4.2L inline-6 engine with a 5600 lb towing capacity. The Arc includes a 300 hp @ 5200 rpm 5.3L V-8 engine with Active Fuel Management, good for towing up to 6500 pounds. Front and side curtain airbags come standard on both trims. Also standard are anti-lock disc brakes, 18” wheels, heated front bucket seats, leather interior, moon roof and a rear seat DVD entertainment system. NHTSA rates crash-tested vehicles by assigning them one to five stars, with five stars indicating the most injury protection and one star indicating the least protection.
