GTLM models have a more powerful 420 hp @ 6000rpm, supercharged 4.6-liter V-8 with a six-speed manual gearbox. Additional features include 18-inch BBS wheels, customized two-tone leather package and heated seats.

For 2004, the Panoz Esperante receives the new coupe style and the GTLM trim level.

Base and GT models are powered by a hand-built 305 hp 4.6-liter V-8 engine mated to a Tremec five-speed manual transmission. GTLM models have a more powerful 420 hp supercharged 4.6-liter V-8 with a six-speed manual gearbox.

For 2004, the Panoz Esperante receives chassis refinements.
