Too many problems!
I have had this car for 4 months and it has spent a total of 18 days in the shop thus far....more than my 2002 Ford T bird was in for the entire six years I had it! All of the problems have been related to "circuitry" issues that cause error messages related to the tire pressure monitor. The local dealership(Asheville, NC) seems incapable of fixing it...combined with an almost malicious disregard for customer service (Until I started jumping up and down and calling the national customer service reps)and the dealership that sold me the car (Greenville, SC) also shows little to no interest in helping. In short...a nice looking, comfortable car that rides well...but unless you have a HUGE amount of free time (to deal with the shop and to complain to national about the terrible service you recieve) I would stay FAR FAR away from this product! I really wish I had kept my FORD!
GOOD LOOKING, SUSPECT QUALITY
THIS IS A FINE LOOKING LUXURIOUS CAR. THE "BLACKEYE" FOR THIS CAR IS THE SURPRISING HIGH AMOUNT OF MALFUNCTIONS AND QUALITY ISSUES THAT I HAVE HAD. I THANK MERCEDES FOR THE WARRANTY COVERAGE.
