The Maybach 57 is an ultra-luxury high-performance sedan.
The 57 is a 4-door RWD sedan that comes equipped with a 5.5L V-12 engine, capable of producing 550 hp @ 5250 rpm and 663 lb-ft @ 2300 rpm. Available options include: power sunshades located on the side windows, folding tables for rear passengers: and ventilated seats. Just a few standard features are: a refrigerated compartment, a cordless phone with two handsets and a 21-speaker Bose Dolby sound system. There are countless interior choices to make between many exotic wood trims and sumptuous Nappa leathers. It is powered by a 550 hp twin turbocharged 5.5-liter V-12 that is mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. Safety features include front airbags, side-impact airbags, and side-curtain airbags.
For 2006, the Maybach 57 only receives minor changes.
The Maybach 57 is a four-door sedan that is rear-wheel drive. It comes with the choice of 543 hp 5.5L biturbo V12 or 612 hp 6-liter biturbo V-12 engine mated to a 5 speed Semi-Automatic transmission. It is available in base and S trims. The S trim is a sportier model with 20-inch spoke wheels, single tone paint in black or silver, modified rear apron, trapezoidal tailpipes and discreet lettering.
For 2007, the Maybach 57 receives the performance S trim.

The S model is powered by a 6.0-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine that produces 604 horsepower and 738 lb.-ft. of torque. Standard equipment includes electronically controlled air suspension with variable ride height, stability control with traction control, 19-inch alloy wheels, power sunroof, bi-xenon high intensity headlights, SmartKey remote entry, multi-contour heated power front and rear seats with memory, hand-fitted leather seat trim, hand-polished wood and leather trim on nearly every surface, Bose sound system with 21 speakers, rear audiovisual system with dual video monitors and DVD player, Bluetooth connectivity, navigation system, Parktronic parking assist with rear camera. The S trim features touring-tuned suspension with thicker stabilizer bars, monotone paint, carbon fiber and piano black interior trim and 20-inch alloy wheels. Options include three-place rear seating, ventilated front and rear seats, a solar module for the cabin ventilation system, and customer-specified paint schemes and interior materials.
The 2009 Maybach 57 is a rollover from 2008.
