2005 Maserati Spyder Overview

Introduction

The Maserati Spyder is a convertible version of the coupe. It is shorter than the coupe by 8.6-inches and is strictly a two-seater.

The Spyder is powered by a 390 hp 4.2-liter 32-valve V-8 engine that is mated to a six-speed manual or paddle-shifted automatic. The automatic transmission has four modes: Normal, Sport, Automatic and Low Grip. It comes standard with leather interior, power-folding soft-top, and remote-keyless entry. Safety features include front airbags, electronic brake-force distribution, traction control, roll bar, and ABS brakes.

For 2005, the Maserati Spyder gets a mild exterior update.

The Spyder seats two people in it's well made leather interior. If features things like 18-inch wheels and automatic suspension control.
