The Last Great American Luxury Car
I searched for 3 months while I was trying to decide whether to buy a Town Car. I found one on line at a local dealer and after a few days of negotiating I was able to get it for 4k below what I priced it on kbb. I could not be happier and would have paid a little more for it based on first impressions. Now that I have had it for a couple of months I am even more pleased. The quality of the materials and workmanship are outstanding. I purchased the trunk organizer from the same dealer a week later and it made the massive trunk more user friendly and I consider it to be well worth the money (just under $200). The mpg around town isn't very good (15-19), but I went on a 300 mile trip 2 weeks ago and got 27 (all interstate and flat terrain). I love the body on frame design (last of its kind for cars) which gives the occupants that pillow ride and I consider the sacrifice in handling a fair trade. I also love the various sound dampening devices found in the doors, engine compartment and trunk that are responsible for what must be one of the most silent cabins on any vehicle. The power is adequate for this type of vehicle and the engine is almost silent at times. A newer technology package would be nice (mp3 jack, XM Radio, high end sound system) along with cooled seats and RainSense II automatic wipers. I love the additional chrome that comes with the Continental Edition, especially the wheels. The worse thing that I can say about this car is the value that is lost from a new car to 1 year old with average miles. Even so, if I was a wealthier person I would not hesitate to order a new Town Car Signature L that is 6" longer, which extends the rear seating leg room, and includes a rear seat amenities package, giving those passengers heated seats and redundant audio and ac/heat controls before they stop production August of this year. I still own a 2008 Accord with all available options, but it has become my work car and the TC is what I drive when I want to be pampered.
Love The 2010 Town Car
I cannot say enough about my 2010 Lincoln Town Car. Love the styling, comfort, luxury appointments and driving it. You cannot go wrong with this car. I recommend it to everyone who wants a real American luxury sedan!
2010 Town Car Is A Awesome Vehicle
My 2010 Lincoln Town Car Signature Limited carries on the proud tradition of being the "ultimate" full-sized sedan in America today. My Town Car is a black beauty with a black interior and has all of the available options including white wall tires, chrome wheels, HID headlamps and the invaluable trunk organizer. The quality, style, comfort and ride of the Town Car are unmatched by any full-sized sedan on the market today. I test drove Lexus, Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Infiniti and Cadillac models before making my choice of the Town Car and found that none of them came near the Town Car in these categories. I hope Lincoln continues to make the Lincoln Town Car for many years to come. I am already looking forward to my next Town Car!
