The LINCOLN MKX, which debuted in 2007, is the brand's first entry into the ever-growing luxury cross-over segment.
The five-passenger LINCOLN MKX is powered by a 265 hp 3.5-liter V6 that puts power to the ground via a six-speed automatic and front- or all-wheel drive. Standard safety features include four-wheel anti-lock brakes, six airbags, electronic stability control with roll control, rear parking sensors and tire pressure monitoring. Optional luxury features include a large glass-paneled sunroof called Vista Roof, heated rear seats, navigation system, rear entertainment system and a THX II certified audio system.
For 2008, the LINCOLN MKX adds more standard features, including heated and cooled front seats with power lumbar and driver memory, SYNC communication/entertainment system, satellite radio, auto-dimming driver side exterior mirror and three new exterior colors.
