What reviewers liked most about the Lincoln MKS:

The MKS' interior is classy, stylish and understated, a great blend of business and luxury. The leather-covered dash accents the front of the vehicle cleanly and the bright white gauges are extremely clear both day and night. Ford's SYNC system is bar none the best integrated multimedia setup in the automotive industry at the moment and a pleasure to use, although the screen is a little too far away in the MKS.

On the road, the MKS has a firm ride for a Lincoln, though comfortable, even with the 20-in. wheels. Twisty roads reveal predictable manners; the MKS may not be as pointable as a rear-drive sedan of similar size, but it does have well controlled body motions and steering that's not overboosted.

It seems as though the MKS missed out on ergonomics testing, which is unfortunate: everything looks perfect but reaching for any settings on the navigation screen is a stretch, and while the HVAC controls are fairly well situated, the signal stalk is up too high on the steering column, an issue on most Ford vehicles.
