2006 Lexus SC 430 Overview

Introduction

The Lexus SC 430 is Lexus' luxury sport car. Traditionally a convertible, the SC 430 offers all of the amenities synonymous with Lexus in a sports car package.

The SC 430 differentiates itself with a power retractable hardtop that can open and close with the push of a button. It comes powered with a 4.3-liter V-8 and Lexus' new six-speed automatic transmission The long list of luxury features includes a trim of buttery-soft leather with beautiful wood and chrome accents. Also standard is a navigation system and Mark Levinson® audio with nine speakers. A rear spoiler and run-flat tires are among the few available options. Safety equipment includes dual frontal airbags, side-impact airbags, anti-lock brakes, electronic brake-force distribution, Brake Assist, Vehicle Stability Control, and traction control.

For 2006, the SC 430 becomes available with an automated hard top convertible roof that can be quickly changed.
