2001 Lamborghini Diablo Overview

Introduction

The Lamborghini Diablo VT 6.0 is a high-performance exotic car which descends from the impressive line of super cars that have come out of the Italy-based company.

The Diablo is an 2-passenger, all wheel drive coupe. The car boasts a 6.0L V-12 powerhouse engine, which outputs an extraordinary 550 hp @ 7100 rpm and 457 lb-ft @ 5500 rpm. The Diablo is also outfitted with a 5-speed manual gearbox transmission, airbags, a premium sound system, and a leather interior. Some added features are the custom fit luggage, Navigation system, and a selection of unique paint colors. The interior and exterior of the vehicle have had major design changes, from previous model years, which compliments the improvements to the car's mechanics.

Though the 2001 Lamborghini Diablo VT 6.0 has had a massive design overhaul, if will be the last production year for the super car, as it will be replaced by the Murciélago, making the Diablo even more of a collector's item.
