2008 Kia Sedona Overview

Introduction

The Kia Sedona has a compelling value among minivans, offering convenience, comfort, style and performance at a great price.

The Sedona comes in short wheelbase and long wheelbase models. The short-wheelbase model comes in a base trim while the long wheelbase comes in LX and EX trims. All models have the same engine, namely a 3.8-liter V6 capable of producing 250 horsepower and 253 pounds-feet of torque. All Sedona can seat up to seven, but naturally there's less cargo space in the short wheelbase than in the long wheelbase. Standard features for the Sedona include side impact and side curtain airbags, all-disc antilock brakes with electronic brake-force distribution, anti-skid system, active front head restraints, and electronic stability system.

The 2008 Kia Sedona is largely a carryover from 2007, with minor changes in exterior and interior designs.
