2002 Kia Optima ....
Just purchased a 2002 Kia Optima in red, low mileage and great looking body. Has anyone had problems with; 1)the engine light come one. The seller says it was sent to get fix but halfway to my house the engine light game back on. 2) the front passenger door sticks. It opened when it feels like it, with or without the key or keyless What should I do besides taking it in to be looked at by a machanic?
Good and cheap but watch out if time is important to you.
<p>What can you say about Kia? They are cheap and they run very well. However, individual parts tend to stop working. I actually lost count of how many times I had to return my Kia Optima to the dealer because of the engine light. Fortunately, with the 5 year warranty and good service, I never had to pay a penny to fix any of the problems. Two of the major components in the car, the computer and fuel injector have been replaced and the alternator has been replaced twice. Since I am retired…
