First Jeep and Last Jeep

I own a $47000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and absolutely love it. However, if it ever breaks under warranty or not you are on your own. Jeep corporate customer service does not exits. Yes they say they are ther and people do answer the phone, but the round you around, and around, and around a circle until their final resolution is to bring your Jeep into a dealer, all independently owned with no corporate Jeep support, and let them experiment with your car while trying to fix it and no loan…

Loving my new Overland

I usually don't leave reviews, but I had to on this jeep. I have had GC in the past which I liked but does not compare to this 2012 GC. The ride is awesome , so comfy and the interior looks and feels so rich. The nav works well too. If I had to complain about anything would be gas mileage . I do have the hemi V8 , but I do enjoy the power. Well if your undecided on a GC , you must test drive one.
