I purchased a 2008 Hyundai Limited back in July. It's a nice, comfortable ride. I found it to be great on gas and handles well, especially on highways. Parallel parking is never a problem, and because of the Tucson's car-like chassis, I was able to make an easy transition from a car to an SUV. My previous vehicles were Hyundai 2001 Elantra and 2006 Sonata. They're great cars!!! My husband owns a sporty 2002 Hyundai XG 350. Yes,it's safe to say that we plan to own Hyundai vehicles for years to come! Now I'm trying to convince my son that his next vehicle should be a Hyundai...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Right off the bat, I saved $240 a year off my insurance due to the safety features. Comfortable ride, plenty of room, ample storage. After being a truck owner for many years, trading it in on a Jeep Patriot. After 1 year traded the Patriot in on a Tucson, no regrets. For the price you get a lot of vehicle. Front wheel drive will save you fuel. In 10 years of a 4wd vehicle, I used the FWD once. There isn't much not to like about it. I have no complaints, I test drove it, liked it and bought it. Perhaps adding an outlet and a valet key for parking or leaving with the garage would be nice as an added bonus. After a 1600 round trip to Tennessee I have no complaints. Some areas I averaged between 25 to 30 mpg with the 4 cyl. Overall I averaged 26.5 mpg from start to finish. Power was more than enough to take the hills of the smoky mountains and was very sufficient. Sure it won't go from 0 to 60 in 6 seconds but thats not why I purchased this vehicle. It seems the more mileage you put on the odometer, the better the fuel consumption. Second car is a Rav 4 which has a little more horsepower, but I prefer to use the Hyundai. Road noise was not a distraction, just as quiet as the Rav 4. The Jeep Patriot was noticably louder. Adding a hitch to trailer small items from the home center on occasion works out well. It will tow up to 1000 lbs. Don't purchase an economy vehicle and ******* had more power, more range, better pickup, etc., because you won't find everything you want at the price you want. Local driving averages around 20 to 21 mpg. These are not inflated figures, for the size of the Tucson, I am more then satisfied with the results I am getting.

    Love my Tuscon !!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a NEW Hyundai Tuscon in July 2008. It is a terrific car. Smaller than an SUV, but with more room than a hatchback. Gets 20-22 mpg in the city and up to 28 mpg on the highway. Has all the little extras, plus a great warranty package. Purchased in Canandaigua on Rt 332. They have the greatest salesmen (esp. Brian T)and service. I am truly excited about this car.....
