I drove a Mazda Tribute for 7 years before purchasing this vehicle, and I am very pleased with my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited. I've owned it for about a month now. It rides very smoothly, and handles solidly. The exterior is a beautiful Pearl White. The interior is top grade, with gorgeous bisque leather seats, and woodgrain accents on the dash. Downsized after 20 years in Dodge/Chrysler minivans as I have grown children now and no need for the third-row seats any longer. $3500 rebate. Found a Limited without a lot of extra doodads. Rides like a car and not a truck or Jeep. Handles like a small hatchback. Very steady on curves at spped. Braking is smooth. Tight, tight steering. My daughter has 2007 Santa Fe. Maybe they are better now, but there is no way 5 adults could sit in her vehicle. I sat in the front passenger seat and I am 5'8" and my knees were Touching the dash. i have had my new 09 santa fe for about a week. so far it's a dream.the ride is smooth, takes the bumps and train tracks like a cadillac. the color i choice is slate blue with gray interior, looks beautiful. very roomy inside, we are all around 6 foot, and have plenty of room. front seats are very comfortable and love the fact the back seats can tilt back like you are in a lazy-boy recliner.
