Great Truck with Duramax Diesel
I purchased this truck for it's towing capacity, economy and overall comfort. I have the 3.73 rea axle coupled to the Aliison 6-speed auto and the 6.6 Duramax diesel. 16-18 mpg city and 20-23 mpg highway. Terrific for towing my 31 ft cruiser or hauling a 16 ft slide-in truck camper with a small boat in tow behind that! Truck is excellant in comfort for touring and has all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend this truck after comparing the other two brands to this one!!!!!
Smooth, powerful & solid
<p>I traded in my Toyota Tacoma for this vehicle, definitely with bittersweet feelings. However the 2500HD has been quick to please so far. First off, GM did an amazing job with the quality of this truck. The interior is worlds ahead of even Toyota's Tundra, and that's coming from a loyal five-year Yota owner.
