We purchased a used 2008 Taurus X in december of 08, we liked this car so much that we bought a second used 08 at a local used car dealer. There have been rumors of Ford discontinuing this car in 2010, but for my family, this is the best vehicle. I hope Ford keeps this car alive. I own a 2008 Taurus X, SEL, FWD, and it is a super car. I am averaging between 25, and 26 miles per gallon on the highway, and 15 miles per gallon in the city. As advertised by the EPA.
