The Ford E-350 Super Duty is the largest cargo and passenger van produced by the company. Designed to be working vehicles, these vans offer large interior room and little amenities.

The E-350 comes in regular and extended lengths. A cutaway version is also available. The base E-350 seats up to 12 and the extended-length vans seat up to 15. There are three engine options for the E-350: 235hp 6.0-liter Power Stroke V-8 diesel, 5.4-liter V-8, and 305hp 6.8-liter V-10. Wagons with the 5.4-liter V8 come standard with AdvanceTrac with Roll Stability Control.

For 2007, the Ford E-350 Super Duty receives electronic throttle control and an oil cooler.
