Introduction
The Ford Crown Victoria is a rear-wheel drive full-size sedan that offers ample power and a comfortable ride.
For 2000, two trim levels are available on the Crown Victoria: the base model, and the LX. Both trims are powered by a 4.6L V-8 engine, which produces 200 hp @ 4250 rpm and 275 lb-ft @ 3000 rpm, and a 4-speed automatic transmission. Customers have the option of upgrading their engine, which boosts its output to 215 hp @ 4500 rpm and 285 lb-ft @ 3000 rpm.
