2007 Chrysler 300 Overview
Introduction
The Chrysler 300 stands out with bold styling harkening back to its glory days in the '50s. It is the first big rear-wheel drive sedan to come out of Chrysler in many years and its ride is smooth, solid, and comfortable.
The 300 comes in rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive and an optional long wheelbase model is available. The long wheelbase model is 6' longer than the standard 300 and allows for larger rear doors. A 190 hp 2.7-liter V-6 or a 250hp 3.5-liter V-6 power the 300. Both the long wheelbase and the four-wheel drive versions come only with the V-6.
The Chrysler 300 is a carryover from 2006. The only minor change is redesigned wheels.
NHTSA Frontal Crash Test
NHTSA rates crash-tested vehicles by assigning them one to five stars, with five stars indicating the most injury protection and one star indicating the least protection.
