2008 Chevrolet Uplander Overview

Introduction

The Chevrolet Uplander, a minivan with evident SUV styling, holds its own among stiff competition in passenger comfort and flexibility, not to mention the features buyers increasingly expect in their minivans.

The Uplander can seat seven in three rows of seats, two of which can be folded or removed. The LT trim comes with an entertainment system that includes an overhead DVD player. To organize cargo the Uplander also has a flexible rear cargo area. It is powered by a 240hp 3.9-liter V-6 that is controlled by a four-speed automatic. Buyers can also select an engine compatible with E85 fuel, a gas and ethanol mix. StabiliTrak electronic stability control system is standard as are front airbags and four-wheel antilock disc brakes.

For 2008, the Chevrolet Uplander has minimal interior changes.
