2008 Chevrolet Malibu Overview

Introduction

The redesigned 2008 Chevrolet Malibu emphasizes civilized road manners, quality construction and practicality, with clean, contemporary styling.

The new Malibu has three trim levels: LS, LT, and LTZ. The LS and LT come with a 169-hp, 2.4-liter four-cylinder with four-speed automatic transmission. Optional on the LT, standard on the LTZ is a 252-hp, 3.6-liter V6, matched with a new six-speed automatic transmission. The Malibu comes with standard safety features such as seat-mounted thorax airbags, side-curtain airbags, traction control, and anti-lock brakes.

For 2008, the distinctive and classy Chevrolet Malibu has been completely redesigned with more luxurious styling both inside and out.
