2001 Chevrolet Express Overview

Introduction

Chevrolet's Express passenger and cargo vans represent a rugged and durable means of transporting several passengers or a large payload of cargo.

There are six available engines for the Express lineup. A Vortec 4.3 L V-6, a 5.0 L V-8, a 5.7 L V-8, a 5.7 L V-8 with alternative fuel capability, a 6.5 L V-8, and a 8.1 L V-8. All of the engines are teamed with a four-speed automatic transmission and all Express' are RWD. The Express passenger and cargo vans are available in regular wheelbase or in extended length versions. The Express passenger van can be equipped to accommodate 8 to 12 people with several convenient options available. The Express Cargo van provides an excellent base for a multi-purpose utility vehicle and can be nicely equipped to suit your comfort needs or equipped with several cargo space modifications to suit your workplace requirements.
