2004 Cadillac SRX Owner Reviews

I was on the fence about buying one of these, used, off an extended lease. But, it has 34 thousand miles on it and it still feels like a nice new tank. It has a rumbling exaust note and feels more like a sports car than the heavier Escalade. Mine has the V8 and while they were doing some cleaning on mine, they gave me a 2008 V6 to drive, the interior has been upgraded, but, I prefer the jump in the all wheel drive Northstar V8. I am up to my arse in snow and this car pulls right through it. …

I'm not sure who assembled AOL's list of cars that are good in snow, but, they have never driven an SRX, AWD, or it would have been near the top. Mine is a V-8, but, I've driven the V-6 and there is little difference in performance. Aside from my 91 full size Bronco, I've never driven a more sure footed car in the snow, and it's much better than anything, Bronco included, in slippery conditions.
