So Far it's Excellent
I now have a little over 12k miles and I'm very pleased with my Regal. I am getting 31mpg with 80% highway driving. The only problem I had was the rear shelf needed to be secured. The nav is great and the stereo system is possible the best sound system (upgraded) I've ever had in a car. it's Quite and handles great. GM did a great job!
Review of 2012 Buick Regal
Have 1400 miles on it and it is in the shop for the third time. Service Stabilitrack light, GM can't figure out a re-calibration that works. Dealer has been more than helpful, but I doubt I will be buying another GM vehicle. Also, gas mileage is worse than expected, we typically get a little better mileage than city estimate, but we are not even getting 20mpg with this one. (2.0ltr turbo, not GS). Should have bought a Fusion or any other Ford product, never any bad luck with the previous 10 I've owned.
AWESOME CAR, SLEEK STYLING, EXTREME COMFORT AND RIDE!
I purchased this vehicle in December 2010. Very impressed with style, comfort, and overall ride. Hugs the road, smooth ride and quality handling and performance. I purchased the blue metallic with the cashmere interior (hard to find cashmere interior . . . most that I found had the black interior which I didn't care for as it was too dark inside the car. It is definitely a car that draws a second look from most who see it on the road. The only thing I have notice a couple of times is when you step on the accelerator sometimes it is a quick start and not as smooth as it should be but have not noticed it much lately. This could be part of the break in process. Don't believe it is anything too concerning. Overall, I LOVE THE VEHICLE AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TAKING ONE FOR A TEST DRIVE BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING ELSE!!!
WARNING... DO NOT BUY THIS CAR
Review of 2011 Buick Regal
Over all I like the car. There is not much selection in colors. The 4 cylinder is a little sluggish at time and you feel a weird hesitation when it is down shifting. The interior is very functional but again not much choice in colors. I tried to buy a red one that was on the color chart but they haven't started producing the red color.
Bought this after a bad experience at trying to go cheaper with a $2000 Saturn that was dying at lights and when reversing, so traded the Saturn in for next to nothing and got this Buick. This car, at 30 freeway and 19 city rating got 25mpg over two periods of mix freeway city. Very good. That dying Saturn got 33mpg over the same stretch of going to work. The engine, which another site rated at 7.9 seconds 0-60 is all solid guts. This times I needed to speed up to insert, no prob at all. The reactions of the car are great; it is not a sports car feel, more comfortable, but when someone was changing lanes into me, it was immediate response. For a 10 year old car, this one had 51700 miles, and the paint perfect, just some oxidation on the bumper which I will try to do about. Excellent car.
