BMW SUCKS
BMW Financial screwed me over ROYALLY by reporting me to Equifax, Experian and Transunion for allegedly not paying on time. What a crock of BS. It was retaliatory because I MADE BMW buy-back my 2006 X5 because it was a lemon. Now, my credit thanks to BMW Financial is damaged, and BMW refuses to remove it from my credit history. X5, BMW FINANCIAL RUINED MY CREDIT
In April 2008 BMW Financial repurcahsed my X5 that had numerous problems, the worst being my panoramic view window that when deployed, sounded like a bomb was exploding. I bought the car from New Century BMW in Alhambra, Calif. So when the buy-back was completed, my credit agencies -- Equifax, Experian, and Transunion -- all reported to me that BMW Finanancial had reported me as 30-day late for two months during my lease.
