2008 Audi A5 Overview

Introduction

Perfectly elegant and aggressive all at once, the A5 is Audi's new two-door luxury sports coupe, based off of the next-generation A4 platform.

The A5 is powered by a 265 hp 3.2-liter V6 engine featuring FSI direct fuel injection, mated to either a six-speed manual transmission or a six-speed automatic with Tiptronic and available paddle shifters. Quattro all-wheel drive comes standard, along with 18-inch alloy wheels, leather seats, automatic climate control, satellite radio, Bluetooth wireless connectivity and Audi's Multi Media Interface (MMI). Standard safety features include six airbags (front, side-impact and side curtain), four-wheel disc antilock brakes, electronic stability control and a tire pressure monitoring system. Options include a S line Sport Package, Bang & Olufsen audio system, navigation and Audi Side Assist.
