Due to AOL not having a review response option, we are writing our response as a review. Mr. Barry, we are deeply distressed by your review. Your car was towed in the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and you were told we would not be able to get to it until after Thanksgiving weekend. Your comments about the length of time it took to get your car back and being charged for items you did not need are simply untrue. The problem's with your car and the repairs needed were a direct result of faulty work that was done on your car by one of your relatives. You were informed of that prior to the work actually being done and you fully agreed to have it repaired and were made aware of the costs. There were also parts replaced on your car that were only available from the manufacturer, we installed these parts at no cost to you. This alone saved you hundreds of dollars. We pride ourselves at going above and beyond for our customers, including you. The way we handle our customers will not change - we will insure that they are driving safe vehicles at the best value. 3 weeks without my car
I dropped off my car November 22 and told the young man at the service desk there was a fuel leak, and got a call a week later saying the wire harness needed to be replaced. It was another week before it was done, when i started it up i smelt gas leaking under the hood so i had to leave it there again. After 2 weeks they found the leak i told them about the first day. needless to say i am not pleased with the time it took or the cost for something i didn't need or the fact that they gave back an unsafe car to me.
I recently leased my third Subaru from Mid-Hudson Subaru. I feel the care and concern exhibited by the dealership and service department are unmatched. I want to mention Donna in service(we share the same birthday), and Patrick Downes in sales(this is my second lease with him), who make you feel like part of a family, rather than a customer. I absolutely love my Indigo Subaru Legacy, and I would recommend Mid-Hudson to anyone.
BEST EXPERENCE EVER
Last month went online to research Subaru's. Inquired about a legacy at this dealership. response was very informative and concise.sparked my interest in this vehicle model.Stopped in dealership to talk to Patrick (had conversed via E-mail)and found him very friendly and knowledgeable. Patrick was very helpful during the whole process of test driving,ordering and purchasing a legacy.I wanted a certain color and a couple of features and Patrick inquired around and found just the right vehicle that I wanted . In all my vehicle buying experiences ,I have never had the professionalism that I experienced with dealing with this establishment. the salesman Patrick, finance ,Gary and others ,made this purchase of a vehicle one of the best that I have ever experienced. What's better than owning a Subaru? Owning two, of course!
We bought our first Subaru a year ago; a gold 2010 Legacy. How we managed to go for all these years without trying Subaru is beyond me! It is most likely the best car for the money on the market today. That, from someone that has owned a lot of cars, from a Chevrolet Biscayne to an Audi A-4 Quatro! We were so impressed that we just bought our second Legacy, this time a red one. Both cars go well beyond our expectations, but to give credit where credit is due, we must include our relationship with our sales professional, Patrick Downes. I use the term Ã¢ÂÂprofessionalÃ¢ÂÂ instead of Ã¢ÂÂsalesmanÃ¢ÂÂ because that is what Patrick is. He has been truly professional in all his dealings with us, from acquainting us with all the options available on our vehicles to assisting us in setting up the Bluetooth for our phones. Patrick has indeed made owning two SubaruÃ¢ÂÂs the highlight of our lives. Thank you Mid-Hudson Subaru, and thank you Patrick!
Love my new Subaru
I was undecided to buy a brand new car, and about two months ago I made the wise decision to request a quote on the Subaru Outback 2012. Patrick Downes replied back to me with a nice courtesy email informing this specific model was not available yet but soon would be. I was not suppose to obtain this car until approximately the end of October; however, Patrick worked his "magic", and within a week I was driving it out of his dealership content, happy and proud! Patrick was incredibly patient with my various questions, and demands, and always in the lookout to help me more. The whole experience of going through the car details went nice and wonderful, and when Patrick finished a good hour had passed. I did not even noticed because he kept my attention alive and firm! For all times I have purchased a new car have I had such great services from a car dealer. Patrick Downes was the example of a true responsible sales person, and I would recommend him and his dealership for overall performance to anyone who is considering buying a Subaru of any kind. New Subaru Owner
My trusty minivan turned 15 years old so I thought it was time to look for a new car. I thoroughly researched small SUV's,test drove 5 and ended up choosing a Subaru Forester. I just came back from an 1,800 mile trip and the car was fantastic! Plenty of room, great gas mileage and fun to drive. I want to thank Patrick Downes and the rest of the crew at Mid Hudson Subaru for all their help. It was a pleasure to work with Patrick. He answered all my questions, never pressured me and was in constant contact when the particular color car I wanted was still "in transit" and I was due to go on vacation. The car made it in time and he spent over an hour going over the car and its features and even set up the bluetooth! Thank you!
